That, in my view, (and phrased as such) is almost a human rights abuse. But
it's happening now in many ways. People still smoking while pregnant, or
drinking. People have been doing things to themselves for years that we are
only just starting to understand the genetic ramifications of. Also, its
not just a case of "their unborn children" - it's everybodies gene pool on
some level.
Of course, this sentiment cannot truly be policed in any form. More
importantly, should it be policed?
