Could I please clarify this misunderstanding?  No one is uploading FM's
books to the Internet, but he is getting a series of requests.  One of them
came from Doug Houts, who I referred to FM last year.  That was my only
involvement in this.

Sorry that I referred people to Doug, but my information was outdated.

As of yesterday, FM didn't say that he was ruling out the idea, just that
he wanted to know more about it.  Yes, I think it would be wonderful if
he did upload his books, but that is up to him and I respect his views.
