While I don't truly percieve this precise issue as a very big threat, it
could be a little scary if such systems could colonize at will. Public good
could be serviced, but would it be a violation of individual rights?
I don't know myself.
I am sure such public good vs. individual rights dillemas will plague
thinking-kind for all eternity
(well, really until the heat death, but thats a long f*king time, and we'll
have bigger problems to worry about!).
